The deal that Michael Hause offered to my husband and I was one we just couldn't refuse, and when it came time to the painful part, paperwork, Chad had us in and out in less than 10 minutes!! We were torn between getting another Mercedes and the Ford Explorer...believe me, no one is more surprised than me that we went with the Ford. I LOVE my Explorer and would recommend Rancho Ford to anyone looking for a car. More

Needed a new car. We were just out shopping the dealerships and ended back at ford to look at one of their used cars. Micheal came up and was just easy going and friendly. We ended up getting a new Ford Focus hatchback which happened to be on my list of cars to look at. He gave us a great deal and really took care of everything in a timely manner. The whole process only took a couple of hours. Of all the salesmen we encountered today Michael was by far the least pressure and most willing to just hangout, chat, answer questions and provide a level of customer service that's rare these days. I have no doubt that even if we didn't buy a car he would have given us the same respect and time. Keith Thamma was the finance guy and I have to mention him. Super fun guy with all the professionalism you would expect. He does a tough job and never stopped smiling. Nothing but integrity. A hard trait to find in this business. More

I told him what we were looking for and he showed us a few cars and then showed us the Flex. I told him I would never buy and American car and ESPECIALLY not the flex. He told me the price, great features of the car and fords reputation. Long story short we went for a test drive and i was SOLD. I absolutely LOVE this car and im so glad I gave it a shot. We had two Nissans to trade in and John Rush made the long process enjoyable and easy. Great customer service and he wasn't pushy. He was very knowledgable and funny! I really appreciate the help and love the car thanks so much! More

The music is to loud in the dealership and the people that are on a different team (Jim Davidson) were very disrupted playing YouTube in the death trap of a back office. They need to have more of a professional approach to business because when someone is spending $50,000 on a car you need not be disrupted. The finance person was very good. More

I prefer to research my cars online before ever contacting a dealership so I pretty much know what I want up front. Rancho Ford had a couple of Escapes that I was interesated in so I contacted Lauren via e-mail and asked for financial information on them. She was very responsive and was able to quote me a great price and lease terms online. With all the relative information in hand I made an appointment to test drive the Escape and headed down to Rancho Ford. From the moment I drove onto the dealership lot I was made to feel welcome and never pressured for anything. Having completed the test drive and decided which vehicle I wanted the rest was easy. I already had all the financials in place and was never pressured to add anything else. I left the dealership with my new car, great lease terms and overall very satisfied, I would definitely recommend Rancho Ford to anyone in the market for a new car. More
