Upon arrival Connie greeted us with a smile and walked us to the used car department, and as we were walking she suggested possibly looking into a new one but leasing instead if we couldn't find a used one to suite our needs. After looking at the used inventory, we found they were more than we wanted to spend and came back down to our car where Connie then showed us the new inventory. We just asked for numbers so we could think about it, but Kyle then made it to hard to say no. We now have a beautiful silver truck and fell like we have made a friend with Connie, Kyle and Jesse. She didn't make us feel like a customer!! More

GOOD USED CAR PURCHASE I recently purchased a used pickup at Gosch Ford and found that the dealership had been careful that the vehicle was in good condition. The sales rep I recently purchased a used pickup at Gosch Ford and found that the dealership had been careful that the vehicle was in good condition. The sales rep, Mohammed, was very helpful, and the finance manager, Stewart, was right on top of the (many) forms needed to complete the deal. Jen in customer care was also very helpful, sending me messages to confirm that the vehicle was still available as I planned my trip down from northern California to visit the dealership. I didn't haggle over the price, because my research showed me that the dealership had already priced the vehicle quite fairly. Good experience! More
