Kenn Olson Does Not Fail Kenn has been my service manager since I bought my new Ford Edge in 2010. I must say, the car has been absolutely perfect for me in size, comfort, pe Kenn has been my service manager since I bought my new Ford Edge in 2010. I must say, the car has been absolutely perfect for me in size, comfort, performance and I have had very few serious service requirements. With very few service requirements you might think Kenn hasn't had to work too hard to please me. Think again. This is someone who goes over the top every single time I see him. He ALWAYS greets me with a smile, a handshake and a promise to be with me in a moment. Whatever service is needed, he tells me what will be done, when it will be ready and shakes my hand and I head to the waiting lounge. When my warranty expired he advised me I might want to look into purchasing an extended warranty and introduced me to the warranty salesperson. That warranty has saved me on 2 occasions and I'm grateful for both. My most recent experience with Kenn took place just a couple of weeks ago when I noticed my brake pedal seemed less firm than ever before. He coordinated with a fellow employee to investigate the problem and it turned out to be serious, once again using the extended warranty. In my opinion, if every service rep performed like Kenn, Ford would go broke handing out performance awards to the reps. Keep up the good work, Kenn, and I hope I quit driving before you retire!
