Professional and friendly After explaining the issue I had with my car, Kenn was very helpful and straightforward about the process, and did not charge me when the issue ended After explaining the issue I had with my car, Kenn was very helpful and straightforward about the process, and did not charge me when the issue ended up being related to, but not caused by a warranty covered part. I can't speak for all their service representatives; in the past I had a service rep basically tell me to go fly a kite when a door actuator recall that Ford had previously performed failed (although Ford corporate is mostly to blame), but Kenn is a good guy who you can trust. I strongly recommend you ask for him if you visit this Ford dealership for service. More
