Every time I go there, they are very friendly and clearly customer service oriented. It’s always a busy delaer but I had no less than 3 of the staff members ask if I was being helped, making sure I wasn’t sitting there waiting around. Don’t take advantage of women. My wife went in for a tire with a slow leak. I pointed out the nail in the tread of the tire. Service advisor said there was sidewall damage and tire My wife went in for a tire with a slow leak. I pointed out the nail in the tread of the tire. Service advisor said there was sidewall damage and tire needed to be replaced! She called me and I told her to leave and head over to American tire where they fixed the leak with a plug for free. shame on you for trying to take advantage of a woman! More
