When I first requested some information on a 2015 Ford Fusion online I received an immediate response and their online service manager Donna Holiday made sure I had all the information I needed, as well as ensuring me that everything would be ready for me when I arrived at Rancho Ford. Once at the dealership Lauren Hudson made my family and I feel like VIP's . She ensured that we were comfortable and even gave my kids paper to draw on while we went over details on my purchase. Lastly, Keith Thamma in finance was awesome! He explained thoroughly and clearly. I will definitely recommend Rancho Ford to all my friends and family and I will absolutely go back to Rancho Ford when I'm ready to buy a car again. More

Esp from Terry McDowell! This is the place for a very laid back no pressure car-buying experience. My first experience was in purchasing a used but fairly new car. I had poor credit, but Terry said he could work with my credit and try and help me find a lender. Presto! He did!! Car purchased, kid happy. Second experience - Kid had a terrible accident (not her fault) but car was totaled. When I called Terry up, he was so reassuring over the phone, he helped me via the internet. I was very lucky Ford itself was having a special Cinco de Mayo incentive deal and because Terry knew I needed a car ASAP, he helped me jump on it! Again, magic!! They actually drove the car to me!! Incredible customer service!! THE BEST!!! (thanks Terry!!) More

He was not pushy and checked in monthly. We decided to turn in early because of his info on the early bird program. He also found the exact car we wanted so we didn't need to order one.
