Chris Vecchi was AMAZING. I have to say that I was a bit bothered that I didn't get a response when I called and texted for an update on my 2017 Ford Explorer. However, when I have to say that I was a bit bothered that I didn't get a response when I called and texted for an update on my 2017 Ford Explorer. However, when Chris did call- he explained why he hadn't called and provided me with all the information that I needed. Chris took the extra time to see if our repairs were covered under our warranty (we were originally told by a different service person that they were not covered)- and they were covered! We were also offered a rental car. Amazingly- our car was done early and we didn't need the rental car at all. Chris truly went above and beyond with his service and care for us as customers. He changed our opinion of the service department for sure! More
