My vehicle was towed to Gosch Ford on 08/06/21. My service adviser later advised that I needed a new transmission. I approved the repair and due to shipping delays a new transmission didn't arrive un service adviser later advised that I needed a new transmission. I approved the repair and due to shipping delays a new transmission didn't arrive until 09/08/21. My service adviser arranged for a rental vehicle at no cost.
