Was an overall ok experience. I had an appointment at 8:45am and dropped off the car to be looked at 2:45 I received a text stating they were needed for to the next day for the di I had an appointment at 8:45am and dropped off the car to be looked at 2:45 I received a text stating they were needed for to the next day for the diagnosis. I understand the dealership looked busy but if the diagnosis wasn’t going to be available that day why not just scheduled the vehicle for the day it would be able to be looked at. I brought it early morning I understand if it was a later appointment but an early morning appointment? My child's car seat was in the back seat, which put us in a bind to get a new one. I’m not asking for any compensation but if I was informed in the beginning it wasn’t going to be seen I would have rescheduled for another day. I brought the car for a windshield wiper issue. The diagnosis was that the wipers were installed incorrectly. I myself have never taken the wipers mechanism off at all since I bought the car at the ford dealership. In synopsis service was “ok”, to answer the question of would I recommend the dealership to others, likely not. More
