I to take in my brand new 2020 Ford Expedition for a factory recall of the back-up camera. I did not buy the car at this dealership as they did not have this exact model and configuration, but Kenn Ols factory recall of the back-up camera. He was patient to hear of a few other small concerns I had about the vehicle one being a vibration in the front end similar to an out-of-balance issue. After a rotation of the tires (yes, even on a brand new vehicle with only 750 miles), wheel balance and alignment the vibration is gone! Kenn was super helpful and polite and I would highly recommend him and this dealership for service. More

I received a Safety Recall notice in the mail for a rear suspension part that the manufacturer had concerns about. Service rep Rachelle Long couldn't have been nicer. Additionally, my keyless entry code needed to be reset. Rachelle advised that it would be 3 to 5 hours for the service. Just over two hours later, Rachelle called me, indicating my service was complete. The recall issue was addressed, and my keyless entry system works flawlessly.
