Chris, I am sorry to hear that your past experience has left a sour taste for our service department. On your visit in November it was clear that you were concerned with the brightness of your headlights and their adjustment. We determined that your headlights were adjusted properly and to adjust them up any higher would not provide you the desired outcome and the ability to see better . We were more than capable of making an adjustment. Unfortunately Ford Motor Company doesn't offer any brighter head light bulbs as an option and we don't sell aftermarket parts. Your advisor did advise you that there were aftermarket options that you could purchase and we could install for you. Unfortunately this not what was said and believe me we want to help you. However when your vehicle came in it did start right up and there were no codes stored in your computer. We have an idea of what it could be, but without being able to duplicate your concern it is only our best educated guess. We would hate for you to spend money on a repair only to find out that the problem still exists. We offered to continue the diagnostic procedure on your vehicle, however you declined to let us proceed. We are happy to re-evaluate your concern at any time.
