No technical expertise I had a 2013 F-150 towed in due to non start and dying while driving. The dealership cranked the motor and it started. They said they have a good idea of the issue but could not proceed unless the code showed up. Their resolution was for me to drive around with my code reader attached and photograph the code when the issue arises. I guess they expect me to do the diagnosis for them while I struggle with a dead vehicle rolling down a windy road pulling a loaded trailer. These guys are a total joke. They are not willing to spend the proper time diagnosing for fear they will not be compensated at the expense of customer safety. Ford sold 763k of these trucks in 2013, one would think this dealer would have this figured out. More
Basically I feel that I wasted my time bring my vehicle I purchased a brand new vehicle Ford F350 2018 from this company... I've been having issues with my tailgate opening while i am driving,it also happ I purchased a brand new vehicle Ford F350 2018 from this company... I've been having issues with my tailgate opening while i am driving,it also happens when the vehicle is just sitting. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens. Also I have had problems with the remote unlocking the door.... there was a recall on this issue they ordered parts for me however they did not change it because I guess I was not in a cold area from what I understand, so they never replaced the part . The GPS is a nightmare, it has a mind of it's Own. I was told by one of the female employees that I need to contact Ford Company and start a inquiry, me the customer needed to find out why my GPS is having problems. How idiotic to make the customer do the work of the employees. All the issues I'm having with this vehicle I wished I could return it. More

Fraud brake pad ‘analysis’ Went in for drive shaft recall on Ford Transit. First -automatically put in an oil change without requesting if needed (which it wasn’t) Second- David Went in for drive shaft recall on Ford Transit. First -automatically put in an oil change without requesting if needed (which it wasn’t) Second- David service manager stated need for front brake pads because they were down to 1mm / told me to be “Careful- it’s a big risk”. Took it directly to my regular mechanic and had plenty of brake pad. Ed (Auto Care Experts) stated this is why the industry gets a bad reputation - it was outright fraud - no pads were needed and are worn exactly as much as the rear pads More

She kept me informed on what was being done and And when there was A-day delay to order parts she let me know immediately and offered a rental car. When I came to pick up the car she was polite courteous the car was clean she brought me out to were the car was parked. Sent text to me the next day to find out if there were any issues or anything else she could help me with. More
Crappy quality and broken promises Had a trailer hitch installed on our explorer. The cut into the bumper looks horrible. The plastic piece that then goes into bumper broke off the first time we removed the cover - before leaving the ford parking lot. Complained, only to be told we would have to come back for repairs. Manager of the entire service dept said they would fill my gas tank for the trouble. The service manager assigned to our vehicle repeated this to me day of and then denied it when we went back for the repair. Ended up getting half a tank out of them. Also when we went back for the repair, which they scheduled on a Saturday, we were told the body shop is closed on saturdays. So they send us to enterprise for a rental, who was out of cars! Total joke. Writing this review, as this is not the first time we have had issues with this ford service station. We will not be using them again! More
