I am new customer to this dealership. Had My car serviced once there and would have preferred the service advisor to call instead of me having to text them on updates on the car. Horrible experience and was almost scammed! I also never received follow up reference my vehicles issues when I explained to a member the observed problems etc do not recommend. Complete loss of trust almost lost over 1k to what I believe is fraudulent work recommendations. An update as of August 23, 2025 I was contacted by Ford of Temecula‘s supervisor/manager who is a female I won’t disclose her name who was very prompt and provided the service needed and expected from Ford. She was extremely pleasant to deal with and professional. She understood my concerns and handled them immediately. she was a direct reflection of what any business should exemplify. I wish every business and car dealership had a replica of her representing them in their service department and customer service as an example of how things should be done so I say thank you again for correcting my issue and also helping me positively and with understanding, great job Ford this woman is a key asset for you and you should do whatever it takes to keep her on board. I honestly would’ve never come back and would’ve paid to deal with private party maintenance if it wasn’t for her, thank you again. More
