I appreciate the pick up and delivery service. I was disappointed that they kept my car longer than expected. Went above and beyond my expectations! The issue with my car ended up being my battery and they replaced my battery and I paid NOTHING since it was under warrenty. I didnt even know about warrenty coverage but that goes to show their integrity. They also fixed all the recall issues and also added some gas to my tank 🙏🏼 More

I'm 83 years old & have been to a lot of dealerships over the years - Gosch is by far the worst - they're really bad! 1) I had an oil change & service last month & two days later my battery died. The t the years - Gosch is by far the worst - they're really bad! 1) I had an oil change & service last month & two days later my battery died. The technician's report showed he didn't even bother to check the battery. I had to wait 3 hours in a hot car for AAA to come rescue me from a Home Depot parking lot. 2) During the oil change & "service" the technician wrote I needed front brakes so I scheduled another appointment with Gosch Ford. I arranged for a ride so I wouldn't have to waste another day sitting at Gosch. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment & didn't have the parts. I had to schedule yet another appointment & arrange for another ride. There isn't another Ford dealer close but I'm looking for another dealership not related to Gosch anyhow - it'll be worth the drive to find a competent dealership. More
