Took 3 months to get a check engine repair done. Numerous calls with no responses, customer support calls, and finally got a response from calling the GM. It shouldn’t be this hard to get your new truck fixed plus an oil change and safety recalls. 26,232 points for 1 oil change is also extreme when others only charge 14k-15k points. An estimated time for the services changed from 4 hours to two days. It’s disappointing and thought this place would be better especially when they owned two locations. More
