Went in week of 12-11-23 to look at a 2023 Santa Fe. I had an appt. and still waited an additional 20 mins. I was prepared to leave in 5 mins when internet sales manager finally showed up to greet me. I I had an appt. and still waited an additional 20 mins. I was prepared to leave in 5 mins when internet sales manager finally showed up to greet me. I told him having someone wait 20 mins when they have an appt is unacceptable. He did not appear phased by my displeasure. He quickly connected me with a salesman named Michael. I test drove a Sante Fe and asked several questions about the vehicle. The salesman was professional and courteous and he knew quite a bit about vehicle. He was great. Entered sales office and we spoke with one of the sales managers named Theo Parrish. Theo and I discussed the vehicle and went back and forth on price. We ended up with his offer of $3K off MSRP if purchased what he had in stock. I said ok, let me check with with wife on color of vehicles you have in stock. I gave him my email and he was to send me my offer in writing and he never did. I called back 4 days later and he said no more offer it was only for that day. I said that's not what was agreed to; it was for what was in stock. He Would NOT stand by HIS offer. Total DISHONESTY! Avoid this dealership. POOR customer service from this particular sales manager. He is dishonest and not to be trusted to stand by his word. Gosch Auto Group is under new ownership and management and they are trying to build customer relations and sales......better check on your sales management staff...they need to some sales management education!!! Unfortunately for them, I will tell ALL of my friends, family, and acquaintances, etc. about the dishonesty and to stay far away from Gosch Hyundai!!! More
