Awesome Service I brought my car in for service and see about my check engine lights. Yohan was my service writer and dude went above and beyond. He not only called me to give me updates and explain what they were doing and possibly keeping my car overnight. When the repairs needed were accessed he took the extra step of contacting my extended warranty company (third party) and talked to their rep and got them to waive certain requirements (like taking it to the dealer we got it from, which is 10 miles away). So as always I applaud Goudy's service department. They go above and beyond and are very fair in pricing and working with you as far as getting the best service at an affordable price. More

Had problems with my engine and had to do some warranty work . Honda was good about repairing things but the overall communication really needs to be improved. Didn’t hear back from my service provider and found . Honda was good about repairing things but the overall communication really needs to be improved. Didn’t hear back from my service provider and found out that it was his day off. Numerous messages left went on answered and had to call three different times. They need a better system of handoffs when your service provider is off for the day. Also things weren’t covered on my problem list that they didn’t tell me about for four days until I picked up the car and I would’ve liked to of talk to them earlier. Overall the Honda care is good but the communication really needs to be improved More

Went in for oil leak from rear main seal, I saw oil stain and mechanic just cleaned it and told me he put in dye in engine to see where oil leak was from, to check in 1,000 miles, I never hear I saw oil stain and mechanic just cleaned it and told me he put in dye in engine to see where oil leak was from, to check in 1,000 miles, I never heard of oil dye for engine, have heard of Freon dye. Sam walked through all of the details of the car and explained in detail how to operated everything to my satisfaction. Sam also provided contact information in case I needed anything after I left; and, he called me the next day to follow-up and thank me personally. The selection of cars at Goudy Honda was also very impressive they had choices that other dealers did not. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the car and the deal. I will certainly recommend Goudy Honda to my friends and family and co-workers. I found out about Goudy through a co-worker at JPL and glad i did. I live in Arcadia which is not to far from Alhambra.
