Misleading information There is a sign posted in the service department saying to make an appointment or service could take 2 hours. I made an appointment but service took 2 1/2 hours. What I pointed this out, I was told that the word service did not mean service, it meant oil change. Had I known this I would have made arrangements to drop off the car instead, I had to cool my heals for almost 3 hours because of a false and misleading sign. Now this is not the end of the world, but can I now trust anything that I am told here? Credibility is important to me. More

Business (finance) manager, Marvin Abbasi, was efficient and engaging once he sensed that the client was indeed friendly. The dealership needs better refreshments and the wait to see the finance manager was excessively long. It's not important, but my wife and I were surprised that none of the 5 employees that we dealt with had a firm handshake. I definitely prefer when Edmunds.com provided internet quotes (2 years ago) without having to speak with sales reps from dealerships. Too many contacts from too many sales reps. More

Will Recommend The employees here are friendly and knowledgable. I was on the market for a new car and did research on different cars, models, and prices. I was look The employees here are friendly and knowledgable. I was on the market for a new car and did research on different cars, models, and prices. I was looking for a smaller car since I live in the city. Upon walking onto the lot my father and I were immediately greeted by Denny. He introduced himself and asked us what brought us to Goudy Honda. When we expressed what we were looking for, he took us to the multi-level lot where all of the cars were located. He throughly explained features, gas mileage, and differences between the models. This is my third car purchase, and usually salesman are pushy or uncomfortable to talk to, but Denny was nice, patient, and had an easy going demeanor. While on the test drive he explained the different features on the car (Honda Fit), which was great because it helped me make my decision. Once I decided I wanted to purchase the car, we went into negotiations. Since we were not financing the car we skipped all the paperwork and negotiated on a price. After some back and forth price adjustments we signed the paperwork. We had a couple of bumps along the way dealing with our financial institution, but Denny helped guide us to ensure we walked out the door with a brand new car. A few friends recommended I come here, and although I was skeptical, I am glad I purchased my car here instead. Other dealerships gave me higher prices and were not willing to negotiate. All in all, I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
