Excellent customer service I went to Goudy Honda for the first time 2 weeks ago and I wasn't actually planning to buy a Honda! I met Victor Guerrero, Sales Consultant, who offered his help and I test drove the Honda CRV. I'm a kind of customer who would ask too many questions before I make my decision, and it was very helpful to get clear answers to all my questions, and be able to see a clear comparison between the Honda CRV and it's peers in the market. The process was easy, from start to finish. I wasn't ready to purchase the first time I visited the dealership as I planned to check the Toyota RAV4, which I obviously didn't end up with.. not just because I liked the Honda CRV more, but it was also and heavily related to the level of education I got about each of the 2 cars when I test drove them, which was a lot higher on the Honda side! I also met with David and Marvin, who facilitated the sale for me, and got me a price within my budget. I have friends who are out in the market shopping for new cars and will absolutely refer them to Victor and the team at Goudy to help them. More
