Best experience of having a new car I want to say that Goudy Honda is the best dealer to buy a new Honda. I traded in my 2010 Odyssey with brand new 2015 CR-V and I was having a blast. I love the service, the salespersons are very nice, customer service is very professional. The salesperson Denny Lui is very friendly and knowledgeable, he offered many options and finally we closed the deal. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!! What can I say about their SERVICE DEPARTMENT, SCAMMERS, CROOKS, and IDIOTS! Do not bother with these people. If you are a Female, do not go there, th What can I say about their SERVICE DEPARTMENT, SCAMMERS, CROOKS, and IDIOTS! Do not bother with these people. If you are a Female, do not go there, they will sabotage your car and try to make you buy their parts and use their labor. My sister was there for an Airbag recall and they ended up breaking her starter and asking for 400 dollars plus to fix it. Now we are in the process to towing it to our mechanic to fix. AGAIN, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE.!!! More
