Before I drove in I spoke to him on the phone asking for him to check if he had the 2016 civic in the model and color. He called me back within 10 minutes to let me know he had the car in stock. I explained that NormReeves had given me a price and I was going to purchase the car with them but I did not want to drive in traffic. He was able to honor the same price. He definitely went above and beyond to help. Angel made this experience hassle free and I am super happy with my purchase! I will referring everyone to him. Angel was a blessing!!
