The best thing was we were not stuck at the dealership for a half a day. When it comes time for us to buy another car, Travis will be the first person I see. After we bought the car, we noticed a film on the windows and informed Travis about it. He went the extra mile and had us bring the car back in to get the windows cleaned, free of charge.
