From inquiry to delivery Ronnie Smith worked to get us exactly what we were seeking at a time when few units were available and had it transf 5 star. Finance help us secure a great rate and while we discussed some optional adds to our new vehicle the predelivery team got the vehicle detailed and topped off with a complimentary fuel fill. The post sales delivery rep walked through the vehicle either my spouse explaining all features and the operation of each. Made contact with the dealership and on initial quote over $3k in undisclosed things were added to the truck, including me paying for the “reconditioning” of the truck they bought from someone else. That over $3k in undisclosed things were added to the truck, including me paying for the “reconditioning” of the truck they bought from someone else. That’s a first to me. In spite I drove over 3 hours to look at and drive. The truck was nice but had undisclosed damage that was found in inspection. We spent some time haggling on the price and got close. The salesman’s closing line when I was wavering because of the price and add-ons was “we’ve already run your credit with several banks and so you credit’s going to take a big hit if you don’t buy from us!” Long story short I lowered what I’d pay significantly and said meet it or I walk. They met it. I bought, but then had to do the paperwork twice over 3 days because they messed it up and the finance institution refused to sign off until corrected. I really like the truck, but honestly will probably never set foot in the dealer again. More
