Very safe, very kind We came to Grand to buy our second subaru and had dealt with Lou and Al mostly via email and phone for 2-3 weeks prior. We had picked out our car ahead of time, reserved it with a deposit and were out with financing, warranties, etc. in less than 2 hours.
