I looked at a couple other SUVs but loved the technology of the Outback. Did the final negotiations, made an appointment and bought the Outback at 0% interest. Afiza, Sales person was able to quickly understand my expectations and provided me with full details. Later, when I went to the store, she greeted me very well and took lot of time in negotiaition with patience and finally gave me an excellent price I was looking for which other dealers couldn't offer me. She gave me Grand's price, which was the cheapest price I could find, no negotiating needed. Upon delivery there were some scratches on the front bumper.
