We exchanged several texts about available cars, including a loaded low-mileage 2019 Crosstrek service loaner that sounded very interesting. For a small refundable deposit, Brianna put a hold on the Crosstrek until we could get to the dealership on Saturday. Brianna made it very easy for us to test drive the Crosstrek and a used 2019 Forrester for comparison. While explaining our options, Brianna was never pushy about selling us add-ons. Similarly, Linda Martinez provided us with a first... a perfectly pleasant time with the finance department. When Linda finished with us, Brianna spent a long time with us demonstrating exactly how to operate all of the car's features. This was absolutely our best car buying experience ever, and I expect to be back when we're ready to replace my wife's car in the near future. Hopefully, Brianna will still be at Grand Subaru. More

I needed a car on a certain date for a good price, and Ramon was able to make that happen within days, while also holding it for me with a deposit. Once I was ready to sign the papers, my time at the dealership was smooth and quick and without issue, which made my buying experience extremely satisfying. Ramon was very clearly working hard with not only me, but other customers that night, and never let me feel forgotten. I would really recommend working with him when exploring the car buying process.
