He was very understanding and candid with our situation financially and was very courteous and flexible in my juggling of our meeting times. Having four children to contend with alongside being a full-time student myself makes life more than a little hectic, but Kiril took all my questions and shuffling in stride. In the end we were able to make the process work for us and were in and out of the dealership, on a Saturday no less, in about two hours. I look forward to utilizing them again for our second vehicle upgrade and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends/family. A surprisingly pleasant experience! After having my 2019 Forester totaled in an accident, I was eager to replace it with another Forester. Though I was concerned that higher volume might equal greater pressure to buy, the salesperson, Trace, couldn't have been more helpful and more professional. Ended up in a 2020 with an even higher trim level than the 2019 at an incredibly competitive price (surprising since I didn't really have time to shop on price alone...) When I checked the otd price, it was $2k less than I had paid for the '19 model this past January at another area dealership. Was very impressed overall with the process, and really enjoyed working with Trace and Brandon. Would highly recommend Grand Subaru to anyone in the Chicago area looking to buy a Subaru vehicle.
