I experienced 2.5-3 hour delivery sessions with previous car purchases, but thanks toNealy’s preemptive work, we were finished in45 minutes. She then spent time with us explaining the car features and how the various accessories worked including syncing our phones & setting up my Starlink account. GREAT JOB NEALY. Simple. Fast. Painless. Nealy was timely in getting back with me on my inquiry of a crosstrek. She worked with me on my trade and deciding if I wanted a forester or outback. Great Experience I purchased a 2019 Crosstrek on 10/5/19. Joe Lewicki was our Salesman. He was extremely helpful through out the whole process and was very friendly. I purchased a 2019 Crosstrek on 10/5/19. Joe Lewicki was our Salesman. He was extremely helpful through out the whole process and was very friendly. He answered many questions, and did a complete walk through on all the cars features and was there throughout the whole process, They even fed us lunch which from what I understand is a regular feature in the warmer months.I will return in the future!
