I asked Jeff in my email for "no pressure" and that was exactly what we got. Jeff was cooperative, friendly, patient and very fast to reply and answer all our questions. The whole experience with Grand Subaru was as smooth and welcoming as never before. Jeff's managers Ryan and Sandy were also helpful and quick to communicate. Best Dealer ever I was looking for a used three year old car and ended up buying a brand new one for just a few thousand more. They blew the competition out of the water with extremely fast response rates to my questions and the set a new definition for competitive pricing. I recently had an exhausting experience from another dealer in IL (I live in Wisconsin), so I was wary of the drive. Grand was a compete 180 from the other dealer. Grand was honest, and upfront, no hidden fees, no baloney. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Sandy is an all star with the internet conversation, Mark was SO knowledgeable about all the features, and Al was a great no-nonsense guy when I needed to sign the final paperwork. Uncomparable Before I started car shopping, I thought I knew what I wanted. I was set on a different brand all together. My first stop was GRAND Subaru, and upon meeting Michael, my first thought was wow this guy knows what he is talking about. He left a great impression, and really related to us as being an understanding, family-man. As I promised myself, I went to other places to shop around, and each time I sat in the cars to test drive, nothing compared to Subaru. The drive wasn't as smooth, the features weren't as nice, but most importantly, the salesmen did not compare to Michael. Some of them rude and uninterested, they did not make me feel like they had my best interest in mind. That's when I knew I would not find another car with great people to back me up like I did here. Michael walked me through step by step and answered all my questions to assure me that Subaru was indeed the right choice. I can rest assure that my car meets all my initial needs of safety and comfort, all while knowing that I have a great point person to return to if I have any questions. Thank you! More

I initiated the car search with a click for price on their website and got a price back very quickly. Then the entire deal was arranged via email and phone calls and Nicole set an appointment time for me and my wife to come in and finish the paperwork. When we did, there were no surprises and everything went smoothly. In the finance office, I was offered a warranty, but it was not offered in any kind of pressure fashion. Also of note was that the warranty was the only add-on offered, which kept the process moving along. Once the paperwork was done, Nicole took the time to thoroughly explain the various important functions of the car and even set up the Bluetooth connection for my phone which was appreciated. I will most definitely be contacting them and Nicole specifically again when I need another car. More
