Even though it took around a month to complete the purchase as I was out of the country and the model was not in stock, Jeff did his best trying to find the best matching model and transfer it over in a timely manner. He explained the pricing in a reasonable way, and always gave customer the best interest. He followed through the entire process with great care and patience. It was ok I came to grand because they had a few cars in my price range. I talked with Michael initially over the phone, he seemed like a good guy and willingly I came to grand because they had a few cars in my price range. Listen from a salesman standpoint Michael was awesome, couldn’t make up my mind, kept throwing me keys until I found a car that I liked, never once felt like I was bothering him. Here’s when I got a little upset, the car I settled on was a higher mileage WRX (for the year) Grand assured me there was no problems with the car and made me feel as though I’d be driving this car home and not have to touch it, though I was skeptical I agreed and purchased the car. Should have gone with my gut, Day one with the car it developed an aweful screeching noice from the AC compressor, day two an aweful squeak appeared in the trunk area, day three the dashboard started rattling, and now less than a week in I wake up this morning to a flat tire. I noticed the car was getting pretty poor MPG, (being a mechanic) I checked some simple things and found a clogged air filter. Seems like a cheap way to save a buck by not replacing a 6 dollar air filter. That’s just my opinion though, hinted at the issues to Michael with no real interest in a solution. Oh well, I’m a mechanic, won’t cost me much more than time on my end It is a used car so I guess buyer beware right? However, Brandon in finance, you are the real MVP, turned around my fears of buying a car for the price I did, thanks again for the laughs and advice man! More

During the test drives, she was absent when we drove the cars ourselves Nealy's first email promised no hassle, and that was a promise that she kept. During the test drives, she was absent when we drove the cars ourselves but present when we had questions--the perfect balance. The price was competitive, but the exact model and color I was looking for was in transit. During the wait for it to arrive, she and Nicole were in regular contact and were also very responsive to my questions. When we came in to make the deal and sign the paperwork, there was no huge pressure to add on a bunch of charges, no mystery fees, and no sneaky underhandedness. The price and fees she quoted in the very first email were EXACTLY what was listed on the paperwork. It could not have gone any better, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nealy, especially, to anyone looking for an awesome car and an awesome car buying experience. More

He was very nice and patient as we checked anything and everything we could and it was really great that he didn’t hover while we did that. I originally walked away from the car but realized the next day that it was the car I really wanted. We contacted Michael and we were able to quickly negotiate a price over the phone. When we arrived, he had the car ready to go and most of the paperwork completed. He made the process easy and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership and recommend working with Michael.
