She made it a point to find the exact car I was dreaming about before I even walked into the building. Grand Subaru and Nicole made my purchase of a 2018 Forester effortless. Al Hassan, in finance, was kind and explained all the papers I needed to sign to finalize my loan it was quick and pleasant. The entire store is clean and bright and everyone was friendly. 5 stars are not enough....I say, 10 Stars out of 10! Thanks for everything. I love my new Subie!!!!! More

Bought my first Subaru here - great experience! I bought my first Subaru after being a Ford-Lincoln owner all my life having grown up in Detroit and my dad a Ford engineer. Ford decided to pare dow I bought my first Subaru after being a Ford-Lincoln owner all my life having grown up in Detroit and my dad a Ford engineer. Ford decided to pare down the cargo space on their latest Escape so I wanted my cargo space back. Consumers Reports recommended the Forester in this class for cargo and a whole bunch of other reasons. My experience with Nealy and internet sales was seamless. Great price, features and color I was looking for. Had to wait for delivery, but a $500 refundable deposit assured me it wouldn't be sold or driven before I could look at it. I had a trade in and that went smooth too. No haggling and I was happy with the no pressure add on discussion. She went over all the features of the vehicle thoroughly. I will be back for service and recommend contacting Nealy for anyone looking for a Subaru! More
