We were travelling back from a wedding in Ohio and had a narrow window to pick up the car yesterday. The car was in transit and not scheduled to arrive in time. Grand and Nealy made it happen. The car was there a week early, and Nealy had everything ready for us. Brandon guided us through the paperwork, checked our preferences for additional services (we had already told Nealy that we were not interested in any protective packages at this time), explained the monthly amount and when the first payment would be due (we qualified for a 48-month 0% rate so we knew what our monthly payment would be before we arrived), and went over the process for registering our Outback in Iowa. Nealy even made arrangements for Trace to guide us through the technology before we left. The grand kids enjoyed the playroom, and we love our new car. Everyone left happy. Awesome, More

Wendy and the team at Grand Subaru worked so hard for me, I didn't leave the dealer until about midnight, but I left with a reliable car that I was able to afford (much better than I thought I would be able to get)! Since then, she's also helped my husband get into a brand new Crosstrek! She was such a pleasure to work with, very personable and no-nonsense. I stop in to say hi every time I get an oil change. From the first contact I had with Nealy, until I took delivery, everything was smooth, well explained, and no pressure. It took me a while to decide this car was the right one for me, and Nealy was patient while I made up my mine. I ended ordering the Outback to get exactly what I wanted, The price quote, was the price paid, and was the best around. The financing experience was great as well. Yes, they offered protections, but was no pressure to purchase anything I did not want. I am extremely pleased with the entire process, and will go back for my next car. Highly recommended. More

Internet Sale WRX STI I was recently in the market for a new car, so I decided to start my 3 week long research project like most... on the internet. I narrowed things down fairly quick, then proceeded to read every article and review out there on the two cars I narrowed my decision down to. After a test drive of each at my local dealers, I new I wanted to purchase the Subaru WRX STI limited with a lip. (Smaller of the two wing options). Unfortunately my local dealer wasn't moving much on the price, and would need to factory order my color. Back on line I went. I found Grand Subaru (located near my office) and sent out an email request, with my spec's and desired price. I received an email back in about 10-15 minutes from Nicole, who I then called, had a brief discussion of what I was looking for, followed by a quick meeting on my lunch break. We agreed on my price, and was pleasantly supersized my color had already been on order and was due in 3 weeks. I put a down payment on it, and returned 3 weeks later to pick up my new car. This was the first internet based purchase of a new car for me, and Nicole made it a pleasure. She had the whole process down to be convenient and effortless for me. (including coming in on here day off to deliver my car!) Sean, with the finance department was also very efficient and helpful. I would highly recommend the internet, Grand Subaru, Nicole and Sean to anyone looking to make a new car purchase without all the normal salesman run-a-round. More

Actually live in Cleveland, Ohio, but the deal we got at Grand Subaru and the Customer Service we received made it worth the distance. Heard about the dealership on an Internet Forum for Outbacks and decided to give them a try. Requested a quote and within an hour Nealy Anderson got back to us with a "Jaw Dropper" of a deal. Our local dealer couldn't come close. Did the whole deal with emails, texts and a few phone calls. Nealy was always very prompt to respond, very friendly and even got back to me on her day off. I would highly recommend dealing with Nealy. Everyone else that I came in contact with there during the deal were also very friendly and most accommodating to our needs. We work long hours and not always available to talk on the phone. Being able to get all the negotiations done with email was a great help. She had the vehicle clean and ready for us before we arrived. The dealership was clean and welcoming. We were greeted by at least 5 different people when we walked in. They have complimentary drinks and pastries for their guest. The children playroom was a plus as our daughter got bored when we were getting paperwork done. If that took a little bit less time it would have been even better. We spent like 4 hours there. But overall everything was great. Have already recommended some friends to shop here. More
