Completed all negotiations and financing before arrival and was in and out of the dealership in about 1.5 hours on my pick up day (by my choice). Just had to sign pre-agreed upon documents and get a walk through of the car. Great pricing, very efficient process and they were definitely conscious of my desire to not spend a lot of time in the dealership. I will definitely use them on my next Subaru purchase and will recommend them to others. More

Pleasant no pressure I purchased a new vehicle that was sitting on the lot for over a year subject to all the elements. When I took delivery I was disappointed in the deal I purchased a new vehicle that was sitting on the lot for over a year subject to all the elements. When I took delivery I was disappointed in the dealer prep of the vehicle. The vehicle was cleaned on the outside and inside, but all the door jambs, hood and trunk jambs were dirty. I expect when I buy a new vehicle it should be thoroughly cleaned. Showroom cleaned! More

2018 Forester Michael was very friendly, helpful, and patient in helping us find our wonderful Forester that we absolutely love! He trusted us to go on a test drive on our own and when we came back answered any questions we had. He was very patient with two people that had not purchased a care in the last decade! He stayed in communication with us the entire time and was not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions (we had a lot :)). He gave us recommendations of what he thought our family needed but also respected that we had a budget. We didn't feel intimidated by Michael at all and we really enjoyed the whole Subaru car purchasing experience! Al was very friendly in financing as well! More
