Wendy Kaplan answered my initial questions since I had never had a Subaru. She was not pushy, but supportive during my 6month buying decision. I’ve been driving my car for several months now and look forward to driving it often. On a recent trip to Wisconsin, it almost drove itself with adaptive cruise control, eyesight and lane warnings. Even my husband likes it! I have purchased a couple of accessories and get a free car wash when I visit! I even have a technical specialist who helps me use the special features of my car! The financing experience with Sean was a good experience, rather than a scary one. More

Great car, great price and great people. I just completed my purchase of a 2018 Legacy Limited 3.6R and love the car and had a great dealer experience. Nealy Anderson sold my son a new Subar I just completed my purchase of a 2018 Legacy Limited 3.6R and love the car and had a great dealer experience. Nealy Anderson sold my son a new Subaru Forester last year and I was so impressed with the pricing and service he received in the process I flew in from Buffalo, NY to buy my Legacy. The car was a factory order and Nealy was extremely patient with me while I tried to settle on color, options, etc. The car came in earlier than planned and again everyone was patient with me as I had a few things on my schedule that would not allow me to fly out immediately to pick it up. Overall.... it was a great experience and I highly recommend giving them a shot at your business. If there is another Subaru in my future I know where I will be getting it..... from Nealy Anderson at Grand Subaru. More
