Nealy Anderson sold my son a new Subaru Forester last year and I was so impressed with the pricing and service he received in the process I flew in from Buffalo, NY to buy my Legacy. The car was a factory order and Nealy was extremely patient with me while I tried to settle on color, options, etc. The car came in earlier than planned and again everyone was patient with me as I had a few things on my schedule that would not allow me to fly out immediately to pick it up. Overall.... it was a great experience and I highly recommend giving them a shot at your business. If there is another Subaru in my future I know where I will be getting it..... from Nealy Anderson at Grand Subaru. More

He was helpful in explaining insurance and financing matters as well. Reasonably worked with me on price and threw in floor mats because there were none included. I didn't receive a follow-up call after visiting however, and someone else put a deposit on the vehicle in the few days in between (later rescinded), so I was nervous of losing the vehicle. Overall great and flexible dealership. Was able to leave a check for a few days while funds were being transferred from my bank, which was very helpful given I didn't want to make several trips to the dealership. More than satisfied with my experience and happy with my new car. More

Purchase of a 2017 Outback From the moment we walked in the dealership we felt welcomed and informed...we discussed our options freely without pressure...and left to think about From the moment we walked in the dealership we felt welcomed and informed...we discussed our options freely without pressure...and left to think about our decision without pressure...Wendy communicated with us regarding options, pricing, and delivery in a very positive manner...we had concerns regarding financing but Wendy continued to work with us through our concerns...we opted for an Outback that was not on the lot and Wendy kept us informed as to the date of delivery...we arrived for delivery and walked through the sale of our vehicle and the options we had...options were explained to us without pressure and when we went to finance Sean ( I think) was great...it was quick but thorough with everything explained to us...we were considering the extended warranty and this option was explained to us without pressure...the only issue I would say that we had was the length of time from when we walked into the dealership to when we left...but much of that had to do with small talk and the time it took to discuss the trade-in of our car...all in all we felt welcomed, informed, treated fairly, and above all not pressured...this allowed us to make the decision rather than feeling like the decision was being pushed on us...a nice treat from past experiences at other dealerships...will be in again if we are looking for a new or used car...and we have already told friends about the experience...thanks.
