Hassel free purchase! I had gotten many quotes and nobody was as straight forward and had a better price than Brianna Bartoli at Grand Subaru. Most want you to send the other dealers quotes first before they would even consider matching. Brianna answered all my questions and quoted vehicle price via email prior to arriving at dealership. We made an appointment on Saturday at 9am and Brianna was waiting for us. My husband decided he wanted to test drive a different car - no problem. Brianna was very knowledgeable, professional and has a great sense of humor. She definitely made the dreaded car purchase go smoothly and quickly. We definitely would recommend Brianna and Grand Subaru as it's the best price and dealership that I've ever experienced. More

In the same vein however, she was super pleasant, professional and surprisingly transparent(something that's rare in her industry). From the initial phone call Sharlene was a straight shooter with me . She justified her pricing and when I got to the dealership she proceeded to break down her pricing to me in a way I haven't seen before.Everyone at the dealership was courteous. In the end I think I got not just a great deal but great Value for my money. FYI Sharlene, One more minute and I would have paid the additional one thousand. Lol. Keep doing what you're doing. People will see value in great service. More

Great buying experience!!! I enjoyed my visit to Grand Subaru it went really smooth and you don't even realize how long you are there. I love my Jeep that I purchased there from Mike, I also spoke with Al in the finance department and he had some great deals regarding extended warranty! Overall, it was a great choice stopping in at Grand Subaru! More

Neal I had a great experience working with Nealy Anderson to buy my Subaru Outback. I was shopping from out of town and requested an internet price. Nealy responded quickly with an excellent price. She walked me through the buying process and I scheduled an appointment to buy the vehicle the following Saturday. Everything about the sale was spot on and thoroughly explained by Nealy. There were no surprises and she did a great job explaining all of the features on my Outback limited. I was a little leary about traveling from out of the area to make the purchase, but I saved a lot of money over my local dealer and now couldn't be happier with my buying experience at Grand Subaru.
