Great deal on a new subaru We purchased our Subaru Outback totally online and showed up at the dealership with an agreed upon price and features. Once we got to the dealership, We purchased our Subaru Outback totally online and showed up at the dealership with an agreed upon price and features. Once we got to the dealership, they showed us our car at our price point, offered us a few optional extras (politely, which we declined) and sold us exactly what we wanted. Great experience! I was looking for, specifically, an gently used Subaru Outback. A nephew that works for Ford helped me with the research and found just what I was loo I was looking for, specifically, an gently used Subaru Outback. A nephew that works for Ford helped me with the research and found just what I was looking for at Grand Subaru. When I got to the dealer Michael Sinacola came out and greeting me. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He pointed out all the features of the car, most of which I didn't even know existed. We consummated the deal in a reasonable amount of time. Although the car itself was out with a manger at the time, I was able to test drive a similar model. When 'my' car returned we out on the road with it as well. All the time Mike was fair and honest, never pushy in anyway. After working with Mike I went up to Al Hassan in finance to sign all the papers. Again I was faced with friendliness, honesty and was presented with but never pushed into various warranties. At the end manager Ryan Drouin came over to greet us. Two days later I received an unexpected call from Mike asking me how the car was working for me. All in all it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Grand Subaru to anyone! P.S. The car is awesome. More

Worst customer service First I pulled up and she was texting outside. When I went in, she came in to take care of me, but seemed upset about coming in. I asked about a car I First I pulled up and she was texting outside. When I went in, she came in to take care of me, but seemed upset about coming in. I asked about a car I had seen on their website and mentioned I was pre-approved through my bank. She was immediately rude and seemed uninterested responding that they would not take an offer of less than $200 of asking price... this was after I provided her with a stock number because she couldn't find it! Didn't even get to test drive or even decide if I wanted to put in an offer. I'm not a first time buyer. I ended up leaving after realizing she didn't want to sell or show cars. More
