After initial research, we found three manufacturers we were looking at, Subaru being one of them. After a second round of research and various test drives of other manufacturers, we ended up with a target: a Subaru Forester. The next steps was to tap in to our social network and see the "good, the bad and the ugly" of Subaru ownership. The feedback was absolutely amazing - although a few minor concerns, the overwhelming response was phenomenal. Next step was to go to a dealership. We heard through word of mouth about Jen and Grand Subaru. From the second we walked in the door everything was on point - Jen was a true ambassador to the Subaru lifestyle - she was knowledgable, passionate, welcoming and very organized. We walked out with a brand new 2017 Subaru Forester in a timely, effective and amazing manner. A long drive for a great deal. Nealy Anderson was great to work with over the internet, so I drove over 400 miles one way to get a much better deal than I could get in my area. She scheduled me early on the day I was to pick up the 2017 Subaru Forester, and she did the deal efficiently so I was able to start the long drive back home in time to make it before dark.
