We were interested in a 17 Impreza Sport Hatchback in Island Blue Pearl, which was hard to find with Eyesight and a moonroof (two of the options very important to my parents). Kiril advised me that the exact vehicle we were looking for will be coming in the next week. Unfortunately, my parents having busy schedules, the day we were suppose to come in and check out different models was a couple days before the arrival date of the vehicle. Out of surprise Kiril contacted me, and told me the vehicle arrived early and will be held for us till we came in. The day I showed up with my parents, we were greeted right away from Kiril. He showed us the vehicle on hold for us and let us test drive it. My parents fell in love with it without even test driving any other models. After that came all the paperwork. Al Hassan was the Finance Manager that took care of us. He broke everything down and helped us understand everything. After the papers were signed, the vehicle was all cleaned up and ready for us to take home. Kiril even took the time to help us learn everything about all the electronics in the vehicle. Nicole really helped make the process simple by providing a great initial offer and low pressure sales approach. Nicole was the reason I decided to stay with Grand for the purchase. I had a comparable offer at another dealership and was very close to buying from them. Without Nicole's ability to listen to my needs and influence my decision I would not have purchased the car from Grand. She really understands how to deal with the difficult buyer. Great job! More

I filled out an interest form about a used car online on a Sunday afternoon and even though the dealership wasn't open that day within a few hours I had received a personal email from Mike inquiring about my interest and scheduling a time to view the car the next day. When I got to the dealership, Mike was incredibly helpful. He showed me the car I inquired about and others in my price range. He followed up after I left the dealership and helped me compare the Subaru I was interested in with the Prius I was considering at another dealership. I was incredibly impressed by how friendly and attentive the Grand Subaru staff were and while I didn't purchase a car there this time I will definitely return in the future. More

That did not happen, rather, I was kindly greeted and assisted by the sales staff in a very professional manner, but down to earth!
