Afiza was very helpful and best of all was NOT pushy at all. She followed up but I did not feel pressure. She explained the many cool features of the used car I eventually purchased. It was a dark, rainy night when I purchased and did not see a very large scratch on the hood...I sent her an email about it and she had me bring the car in to have it fixed the following business day. Loved that they were able to deliver my car to my home even before I arrived from the purchase! This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Chelsey in finance was awesome, too!
