This is not the closest Subaru dealership to my home, but I came out to meet Jason Smith because of his outreach. Jason and I talked on the phone a couple times, and when I came in he was prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. What more can you ask for or expect, really? I test drove the car and bought it. The paperwork went fast and Chelsey Laporta in the finance department was also prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. [Jason Zapfel later reached out to see if I had any questions, but I didn't, so we didn't interact much, but I appreciate the communication.] This is a great dealership with great people, and I highly recommend it.
