I've always been happy with this dealership and have spent many thousands with 'em servicing our cars. However, when I recently got my car back from service that included an exterior detail, I noticed afterwards that one of the back interior doors was entirely covered in some kind of "dirty spray". (Yes, I said "exterior" before, I know.) I had to get a wet rag and spend time cleaning it up. Wasn't bad, took only a short time, just a small nuisance. So, because I've always loved this dealership I decided just not to leave my usual favorable review. Sadly, today - while in for another service - I showed the service rep a photo of the messy door and she fetched a service rep for the cleaning/detailing area. It wasn't a big deal and I expected nothing more than some kind words in response and a hope they'd see it as a chance to improve service. Sadly, I wasn't even believed because it was inside the car. I left it with some sarcasm, saying, "forget it, I made the whole thing up" in an effort to end a frustrating conversation about how it was impossible the car had been returned to me in that condition with an interior problem for an exterior detail. So nobody coulda left the back door open while a hose was going? Impossible, I guess. The result is that I'm back to the email link to leave the review I didn't want to write before. Today, I took it in for a warning light they had trouble determining the issue for because it wasn't lit when I got there. And yet, it was back on before I got home. If they'd just driven it for a few minutes, they would surely have the needed code. Back to where I was before the visit with a few less dollars in the wallet. There's two more Subaru dealers that are equidistant from my residence. Never tried 'em before because I've always liked this one. Now, I may give 'em a try. More
