I had a very pleasant experience at Granite Subaru. This was my first time purchasing at this dealership but have been bringing my Crosstrek here for years for service. It was time to go up a size, so This was my first time purchasing at this dealership but have been bringing my Crosstrek here for years for service. It was time to go up a size, so I chose the Forester. Ayman and everyone on the team did a fantastic job. They worked with me on my trade-in value, and financing was the rest was a breeze. The car I wanted was not on the lot, but it only took 2 days for them to find one, and Ayman went and got the car for me. They even managed to get it in the color I really wanted! A special shout out to Ayman, who encouraged me to drive the car home so I could make sure it fit in my garage. This was super helpful, and I really appreciated Ayman's extra attention to my concerns. All in all, a wonderful experience and a great job done by the whole team. More
