He had the vehicles that we asked to view ready to test drive for us and was able to answer our questions and concerns immediately. He never said "No" to any of our asks and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. We also called him and emailed him several different times and he was always available to answer our questions. Upon pick-up of our vehicle, he went over everything, and never rushed us! He was very committed to making sure we had a great experience and walked away with a comfortable feeling about our purchase. He was not pushy at all and that was important to us! Our experience with working with him showed us that he is a down-to-earth nice guy, with a positive attitude and great values and we would highly recommend our friends and family! Great job! More

I brought in my car because of the battery settlement, to get the (debugging to kill the parasite draining batteries). The Service tech had been very helpful at directing me to the site to get the authoriza get the (debugging to kill the parasite draining batteries). The Service tech had been very helpful at directing me to the site to get the authorization code. However, she and the Subaru settlement person led me to believe that they would run a program to correct the battery drain issue and I would get a new battery. What they did was to check if my 2 wk old new battery (because it had died repeatedly) was good, tell me I don't get a new battery because I bought it somewhere else, and then had my car longer while they checked for any other services they thought I might need. So it feels like a total waste of time and a chance for them to try to sell me more services. More
