Promised when I bought the Ram Truck that your service department would be able to perform any and all maintenance. Was told flat out that the service department was incapable and would not service my Ra department would be able to perform any and all maintenance. Jen was awesome. She helped me customize my 30k interval service because there were some things I did not need to do at this time.
