I have serious concerns about this dealership as it relates to customer service. This is my first time having a Subaru and am very disappointed. I thought you were known for customer we service and exceptional performance vehicles. My last few visits were beyond disappointing. My husband does not want me to go back. Then my mom called to let me know that the car I traded in almost a year ago was left stranded somewhere in Springfield MA. The towing company finally called get after receiving g no response from an $1,800 bill in tow fees because the car has been at their shop since July. Now my car window is getting stuck. I haven’t had this car for a year and already I’ve had to buy tires twice. I was really happy with my Subaru. I love the safety features but I honestly thought that the service would be better. I’ve also never had to repair a brand new car in less than a year. Not sure I would recommend Subaru to anyone right now More

My new car was in the shop for almost a month. I was given a rental car to use, however after waiting 16 years to get a new car, I wasn't expectant to have it take so long to fix it. I asked if because I had to wait so long for my car, if I could get a nice discount on roof racks for my car. The dealership said that they would get back to me, but they never did.
