Went in for a very simple part replacement. Was quoted 10% higher than what the website shows. Was shocked when the price was 66% HIGHER than THAT, 85% higher than the website. They reduced it to "only" 33% higher than what I was quoted. Had I known what they actually charge I would have gone to any other mechanic. More

Beautiful facility from the service bays to the showroom. Excellent experience and by far the best. Jennifer was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist with my Subaru concerns. I’m completely stunned how nice and professional both she and the technician were. Also loved that my car was taken right to the service bay - in past experiences at different Subaru dealerships this was not the case.
