I am giving 5 stars because the sales staff was wonderful to work with and made the process of buying my new 2024 car very pleasant. Serge was top-notch and I would definitely work with him again! Also, Angel was phenomenal at explaining the features inside and out of my car. However, my experience with the financing department was much less pleasant. The individual I worked with was dishonest about the standard "bumper to bumper" warranty that came with my new car in her efforts to try and upsell me an extended warranty. When I questioned this and showed her the standard warranty wording from the Subaru website she got very defensive and was cold for the rest of my interactions with her. Had it not been for great interaction I had with the sales staff, I would have walked out the door and gone elsewhere. More

This was my first experience with Granite Subaru. I have had Subarus since 1984 and had dealt with 2 other NH Dealerships. The team all worked toward finding the best deal for the car I wanted. They suggested leasing and I decided that would work best for me. I look forward to dealing with this team in 3 years when my lease is over and It’s time for a 2027 Forester. More
