We bought a new Toyota in light of all the negative press, because we’ve had Toyota’s for 20 years, and they’ve always been very reliable (we trade them in with 150-190K miles on them, they just last, they hold their value, and we service them at the dealer to ensure the quality stays there). My most recent visit was to fix a recall-related issue with my new Toyota. They were friendly, kept to the timeframe promised, gave me free popcorn, a comfortable room to sit in, and even installed vanity plates that I had brought along - at no charge! It sounds strange to hear but my new car buying experience here a few months ago was actually pretty fun! I will ALWAYS come back to Grappone and I recommend them without reservation to all of my friends and family members - whether they ask for a recommendation or not! More
