We had the best car buying experience we have ever had when shopping with Greater Chicago Motors. We drove in from 3 hours away so I was pleased when Maciej followed up with me the day before we came to when shopping with Greater Chicago Motors. We drove in from 3 hours away so I was pleased when Maciej followed up with me the day before we came to make sure that we were still coming and to let me know they still had the vehicles we were interested in. We test drove three vehicles and each was detailed prior to us driving them. There was no pressure what so ever and we were simply allowed to take the vehicle and go. We personally don't like having a sales men ride with us during the test drive, so this gesture was appreciated. The price on the Mercedes GL450 4Matic that we bought was such a great price that I didn't expect to get them down much. Nonetheless, they did negotiate on the price a lit bit which was nice since it was so low already. We had to go to the Bentley dealership for the finance piece of the deal and had one of the best experiences with our driver (I wish we could remember his name but he was very funny and courteous - opening the door for my wife). While we were gone, the guys detailed the vehicle again including a full wax to make sure our new Benz was pristine for the ride home. Overall, these guys are fantastic and every single person we met was personable and real. There is absolutely no sleezy car dealership type stuff going on here. We will be back when I am ready to get my drop top M6 (with the 6 speed manual) in just over a year. Thanks Greater Chicago Motors! More
