What a wonderful experience! We purchased a 2006 BMW M6 online site unseen. This was our first time buying a car without seeing it in person. We were nervous about the purchase; however, the car was as advertised. We immediately took the car to our local BMW dealer for a pre purchase inspection and it came back with perfect report. The service manager told us that the car was very well taken care of. We dealt with Casey the general manager personally on our transaction. We were very upside down on our trade and he came back with an excellent trade value. We had a specific number that we needed to be at and Casey made it happen (shipping included). The car was shipped in a timely manner in an excellent condition. Casey's response time to emails and phone calls were superb. He was easy to talk with and very much the professional. Overall, everyone at the dealership was courteous and friendly, a joy to deal with. We will be in the market for another BMW soon and Chicago Greater Motors will be the first place we will look. We highly recommend this dealership whether shopping in person or online. If you have any apprehension of buying a car online site unseen, this is the place to do it! I just bought a used BMW from Sam (the owner), I couldn't have been happier with the experience. It started with a great low pressure greeting, then after I asked about a car he asked if I wanted to drive i have been happier with the experience. The buying process was great and no hassle. He promised a few things that he would do the week after the sale and they actually did everything! I wish there were more stars I could give this place. I was a bit skeptical because I had never bought a car out of state and had never bought a car without seeing and test driving it first, so this was a trust move on my par because I had never bought a car out of state and had never bought a car without seeing and test driving it first, so this was a trust move on my part to trust that what the dealer was saying about the car and the pictures the dealer presented of the car were not a misrepresentation of the car. This dealer did not betray that trust, but rather proved that everything they said about the car and how they presented the car was absolutely accurate and if anything an understatement of the quality of the vehicle. I bought a 2008 Maseerati QP Executive GT from Greater Chicago Motors and the car was so beautiful when it arrived (in and out) that I could barely sleep for the excitement of knowing it was downstairs in my garage. I was at first skeptical about buying a 4 year old car (I have always bought new), but the car is in such great condition in and out that it's basically new - the low miles evidently weren't false because this car is in pristine condition despite being 4 years old. This was a WONDERFUL experience and I DO plan on buying my next exotic from Casey and crew at Greater Chicago Motors. Side note - the car is a BEAST! More

Saw that they had lowered the price on a 2008 Jaguar XKR Convertible I was interested in to something reasonable. When I had finally agreed to pay full asking price including all their processing and docum Convertible I was interested in to something reasonable. When I had finally agreed to pay full asking price including all their processing and document fees, Josh came back and said that it was a pricing mistake and they raised the price a full $2000, saying that they didn't realize the difference between Kelley Blue Book retail value and their price were so far off. It's unbelievable that a no-name dealer in one of the most crooked cities in the country thinks that they can play these games and get away with it, over a car that has been sitting on their lot for over 6 months, no less! Then they tried to lowball me on my trade by offering $2000 less than Carmax and Autonation Direct. I would never even consider doing business with Greater Chicago Motors. And beware for fake reviews. Josh and Casey seem to be posting a lot of fake ones lately. More
