The first time I took my Aviator in was to check my delayed wipers and adaptive cruise. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am. I called the dealership twice throughout the day to check on status and finally got a call back at 5:40pm saying there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I picked it up the next day took my Manuel out and figured out myself what was wrong. Poor communication to say the least and service…I think it was over their head. Just this past week, I received two recalls on my Aviator. Again I called and left a message, after 4 days of waiting, I called again, 4 days later I received a phone call back. Thanks but no thanks. I am taking my Aviator to Montgomery Motors over an hour+ away. They answered my call and scheduled an appointment on the same day. I understand everyone is short handed, but communication goes a long way. More

I would never recommend this place to anyone and would never go back. My appointment was made two months in advance and my car sat there for 10 hours and not a single person looked at it.
